Collective Development

Collective Development is the Brilliance Platform’s approach to rewarding you for being an early adopter, one of the first to become a Paying Member, which financially enables the expansive goals of the Platform, including the creation of a network of intentional communities that you can access around the world. In parallel to being rewarded as an early adopter, those who are most successful in helping build the community of members, are rewarded for their efforts regardless of when they do so.

Based on projections of the numbers in our base of Paying Members, the financial rewards of the Collective Development reward structure for both early adopters and those most successful in promoting the Platform are substantial. In addition to significant financial compensation, Collective Development also enables you to fund the projects within our framework that you most want to see happen. When you invite someone to check out the Brilliance Platform through an invitation link, that person is automatically tagged so we know you invited them.

How it works

Collective Development™ is the method by which the Brilliance Platform™ grows to its optimal scale in networking those with shared vision and values. The shared vision and values underlie manifesting our greatest potential as individuals, in relationship to one another, and in the global ecosystem of planet Earth.

Collective Development™ relies on friends and associates introducing one another to participate in the Platform. Exponential growth of the Platform is based on participants each introducing at least three other Paying Members. The Brilliance Platform™ is ideally projected to reach a scale of somewhere between one million and 100 million Paying Members. It may reach a smaller or larger scale in size and commissions will vary accordingly.

The motivation for sharing the Platform with friends and associates is based on the recognition of the value and effectiveness the Platform provides in all its various features. The motivation for sharing the Platform is not primarily for being rewarded financially. The great majority of Paying Members will not earn substantial commissions, if any.

During the initial stage of growth, no one will be paid any commissions. Only as the Platform grows to a substantial enough size of Paying Members will anyone receive significant commissions. As the size of the Platform becomes substantial, two groups of people will be rewarded financially: Select Early Adopters and the most successful Duplicators.

The Early Adopters are the first ones to support the Platform by introducing and keeping at least three Paying Members. Usually the Early Adopters will also be Paying Members themselves. As the size of the Platform grows in significant size, more Early Adopters will qualify for substantial commissions.

The most successful Duplicators are those who help others duplicate their efforts in building the size of the Paying Member organization. These most successful Duplicators may also be Early Adopters or may enter the picture at later stages of the growth of the Platform.

To understand the commission structure and how Early Adopters and successful Duplicators will benefit from the substantial growth of the Platform, refer to the description of the three trees that determine commissions: the Early Adopter Tree, the Recruiter Tree, and the Duplication Tree.

What follows provides a general picture of the flow of commissions based on the numbers of Paying Members.

General commssion rules

  1. Paying Members pay $25 per month plus transaction fees in US funds.
  2. Transaction fees vary depending on the payment method, but we ensure that the platform receives $25 in net amount.
  3. If a Qualified Member’s commissions reach an annual total of $100,000, a percentage of their commissions will be Reallocated instead of paid as commissions.
  4. The Reallocated commissions will be directed to the part of the project chosen by the Qualified Member who would have received the commissions.
  5. The percentage of Reallocated commissions increases proportionately, up to a maximum of 50%, as the annual commission level increases from $100,000 to $500,000.
  6. The top 10 earners on each side of the commission plan (Early Adopter Tree and Duplication Tree) are paid the same amount and can redirect the same amount as the other 9 earners on that side.
  7. Total commissions payable in each month cannot exceed 25% of the total amounts collected from Paying Members. If commissions would otherwise exceed 25%, all commissions are reduced proportionately.

Members on the Brilliance Platform™:

Initially, for the first 1,000 Paying Members, commissions as a percentage of total revenues will grow from 0% paid out for roughly the first 100 Paying Members up to approximately 9%. As the numbers grow up to approximately the first 100,000 Paying Members, commissions as a percentage of total revenues will grow to around 15%. Ultimately, based on a scale of a million or more Paying Members, total commissions will increase as a percentage of total revenues to a range of 20% to 25% of total revenues. By that time, the revenues received will enable the creation of a number of full-featured holistic communities to enjoy, enliven, and flourish.

As the numbers grow to around 10,000 Paying Members, a select group of Early Adopters and successful Duplicators will begin receiving modest, though meaningful, commissions. This select group at that stage is projected to be about 40 individuals receiving between approximately $3,000 and $40,000 each per year. We are building for the long-term so that’s where meaningful commissions start for those most responsible for the successful fruition of the vision.

As the numbers grow to around 30,000 Paying Members, the select group of Early Adopters and successful Duplicators adds another 80 individuals receiving in the same range at the low end and over $100,000 annually at the top end. Also, the top earners begin to channel at least 10% of what they would otherwise earn. These top earners get to decide where the channeled funds go, whether it be towards projects, programs, facilities, or other aspects of the Brilliance Platform™ ecosystem.

As the numbers of Paying Members grow to a million people, another 3,000 people are added to those receiving the above-mentioned commission levels and more. Additionally, these Early Adopters and successful Duplicators get to channel significant funds towards the projects, programs, facilities, and other aspects of the Brilliance Platform(TM) ecosystem for which they are most passionate.
