Collective Development is the Brilliance Platform’s approach to rewarding you for being an early adopter, one of the first to become a Paying Member, which financially enables the expansive goals of the Platform, including the creation of a network of intentional communities that you can access around the world. In parallel to being rewarded as an early adopter, those who are most successful in helping build the community of members, are rewarded for their efforts regardless of when they do so.
Based on projections of the numbers in our base of Paying Members, the financial rewards of the Collective Development reward structure for both early adopters and those most successful in promoting the Platform are substantial. In addition to significant financial compensation, Collective Development also enables you to fund the projects within our framework that you most want to see happen. When you invite someone to check out the Brilliance Platform through an invitation link, that person is automatically tagged so we know you invited them.

The Recruiter Tree

The Recruiter Tree shows who has brought aboard other Paying Members. In the diagram, the top circle represents the person bringing on board other Paying Members. The lines are drawn between that recruiting person and the people they bring on board. Subsequently, the lines from the people they brought on board connect to those people they in turn brought on board.
The significance of the Recruiter Tree is in how it plays a role in the Duplication Tree.
The Recruiter Tree shows the number of levels of Duplication success by the recruiter. When any three people that the recruiter has brought on board also bring three people on board, that constitutes one level of Duplication. When those people also each bring three people on board, that constitutes two levels of Duplication. Alternatively, when anyone in the Recruiter Tree underneath each of three different people the recruiter has brought aboard bring three people on board, that also constitutes a level of Duplication. The same principle applies to determining higher levels of Duplication success.

General commssion rules
- Paying Members pay $25 per month plus transaction fees in US funds.
- Transaction fees vary depending on the payment method, but we ensure that the platform receives $25 in net amount.
- If a Qualified Member’s commissions reach an annual total of $100,000, a percentage of their commissions will be Reallocated instead of paid as commissions.
- The Reallocated commissions will be directed to the part of the project chosen by the Qualified Member who would have received the commissions.
- The percentage of Reallocated commissions increases proportionately, up to a maximum of 50%, as the annual commission level increases from $100,000 to $500,000.
- The top 10 earners on each side of the commission plan (Early Adopter Tree and Duplication Tree) are paid the same amount and can redirect the same amount as the other 9 earners on that side.
- Total commissions payable in each month cannot exceed 25% of the total amounts collected from Paying Members. If commissions would otherwise exceed 25%, all commissions are reduced proportionately.
