Collective Development
Collective Development is the Brilliance Platform’s approach to rewarding you for being an early adopter, one of the first to become a Paying Member, which financially enables the expansive goals of the Platform, including the creation of a network of intentional communities that you can access around the world. In parallel to being rewarded as an early adopter, those who are most successful in helping build the community of members, are rewarded for their efforts regardless of when they do so.
Based on projections of the numbers in our base of Paying Members, the financial rewards of the Collective Development reward structure for both early adopters and those most successful in promoting the Platform are substantial. In addition to significant financial compensation, Collective Development also enables you to fund the projects within our framework that you most want to see happen. When you invite someone to check out the Brilliance Platform through an invitation link, that person is automatically tagged so we know you invited them.
Act now as an early adopter for the greatest potential financial benefit for you, while enabling this powerful vision for collaboration in manifesting a most beautiful world of well-being.
Become a Paying Member
The Early Adopter Tree

Each new Paying Member is given a position in the Early Adopter Tree according to when they became a Paying Member based on the numbering system shown in the diagram. For anyone who is not a Paying Member, the next open position is also assigned at the time they succeed in bringing aboard their first Paying Member.
In order to secure their position permanently, each new Paying Member needs to bring aboard three new Paying Members within 60 days of becoming a Paying Member. Otherwise, they temporarily lose their current position and drop down to the next open position. Once they have brought aboard their three Paying Members they may regain their original spot or one in between based on whether others in between have succeeded in securing their spot by that time or not. These changing placements are based on a number of more detailed rules for how it works.
Once the three Paying Members are brought aboard by someone, to keep their position secure, they need to maintain at least three Paying Members that they have brought aboard, also according to the detailed rules for how it works.

Commissions are split equally between the Early Adopter Tree and the Duplication Tree. Commissions are paid on 5% of the net amounts paid by Paying Members, which typically is on $25 per month. Commissions are paid on 10 levels of the tree after skipping the first 4 levels underneath the person receiving commissions.
Also in effect are: a) The top 10 earners on each side of Early Adopter and Duplication are paid equally based on the total of commissions they would otherwise be paid, divided by 10; and b) Once commissions would reach the level of $100,000 per year for a person, a percentage of the commissions that would otherwise be paid are instead directed by that person towards whatever programs or facilities on the Brilliance Platform(TM) that they wish to energize and support. The redirect portion starts at 10% and progresses to 50% of commissions otherwise paid when the person reaches a level where they would be receiving $500,000 per year in commissions before redirect.

General commssion rules
- Paying Members pay $25 per month plus transaction fees in US funds.
- Transaction fees vary depending on the payment method, but we ensure that the platform receives $25 in net amount.
- If a Qualified Member’s commissions reach an annual total of $100,000, a percentage of their commissions will be Reallocated instead of paid as commissions.
- The Reallocated commissions will be directed to the part of the project chosen by the Qualified Member who would have received the commissions.
- The percentage of Reallocated commissions increases proportionately, up to a maximum of 50%, as the annual commission level increases from $100,000 to $500,000.
- The top 10 earners on each side of the commission plan (Early Adopter Tree and Duplication Tree) are paid the same amount and can redirect the same amount as the other 9 earners on that side.
- Total commissions payable in each month cannot exceed 25% of the total amounts collected from Paying Members. If commissions would otherwise exceed 25%, all commissions are reduced proportionately.
